RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products within 30 days of the shipment date.  You can CONTACT ME for instructions on where to return your purchase.  All returns must be accompanied by original packaging as well as shipping slips.  Insurance is your responsibility on all items shipped and I will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected items.

As an independant Herbalife distributor and running this site, I will on occassion collect information about you as it becomes neccessary. This information will never be sold to third party vendors or other third party collections and will remain strictly private and confidential.  Disclosure and use of your information is prohibited only to use for helping to make your shopping experience a more enjoyable experience. 

Your information as described in this Policy can and will be disclosed to government or by court order under circumstances as they deem material, and in agreeing to this policy you willfully give me permission to disclose your personal identifiable inforamtion to law enforcement agencies or other goverment officials and trust I will do so with sole discretion and as I see appropriate if the occasion should arise.
